For this reason, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.<\/p>\n If you receive packaging that is:<\/p>\n Incorrect compared to the approved specification, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Damaged during production or shipping<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery<\/strong>, including clear photos or videos showing the issue.<\/p>\n After review, we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:<\/p>\n Replacement of the affected items<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Refund for the affected portion of the order<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n H2 Packaging will cover all related replacement or return shipping costs in confirmed error cases.<\/p>\n If an order matches the approved proof, specifications, and production standards but does not meet subjective expectations, refunds are not guaranteed<\/strong>, as the products are made-to-order and not resellable.<\/p>\n For exceptional cases, requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery<\/strong>, and any return shipping costs will be the customer\u2019s responsibility.
